Shamiria T. Bailey
Shamiria Bailey is the founder and Executive Director of To A Tea Inc. and the CEO and Creative Director of Gele Galore LLC. An author, accountability coach, and community builder, she launched To A Tea in September 2024 with a vision to make free education, entrepreneurship support, and community resources accessible to everyone in Augusta and beyond. Her leadership drives the mission, the vision, and the culture of everything To A Tea builds.

Jerry Bailey Jr.
Jerry Bailey Jr. serves as Chief Operating Officer of To A Tea Inc., overseeing operations, partnerships, logistics, and organizational infrastructure across both the Augusta, GA and Jacksonville, NC markets. He brings a background in law enforcement, business operations, freight logistics, and community program development to the organization. Jerry manages the day-to-day systems that allow To A Tea’s programs and partnerships to function at scale.

A retired educator and mentor, she brings decades of experience in community service and philanthropic work to her role overseeing the organization’s financial accountability. Calessa Allo serves as Board Secretary of To A Tea Inc. A retired military veteran and philanthropist, she brings discipline, integrity, and a deep commitment to service to her governance role. Calessa supports the organization’s expansion into Jacksonville, NC and ensures that board decisions and records reflect the highest standards of accountability.

Kadya Sheats serves as Board Member and NC Operations Lead for To A Tea Inc., leading the organization’s expansion into Jacksonville, North Carolina. A Lead Case Manager at a nonprofit, President of the Uncovering Diamonds Dance Team, and co-owner of Sweet C’s Tasty Treats, she brings community leadership, case management experience, and operational depth to her dual role on the board and in the field.

Dyasia Talford serves as a Board Member of To A Tea Inc. and plays a key role in the organization’s expansion into Jacksonville, North Carolina. Working directly alongside NC Operations Lead Kadya Sheats, she supports the systems, relationships, and infrastructure being built in the Jacksonville market. A Case Manager at a nonprofit, she brings a people-first perspective and direct service experience to everything she contributes to the board and the mission.
