Rise & Reach Mentorship
We go to them. Rise & Reach partners with established youth organizations across the CSRA to bring leadership development, entrepreneurship exposure, and life skills directly into spaces young people already trust. Designed for ages 8–19, facilitated by trained To A Tea team members.
Artisan Cohort
A free 10-week workforce development program. Participants learn a skilled trade, receive hands-on instruction, and finish with three weeks of business fundamentals — pricing, invoicing, and operating as a micro-business. Skills, certification, and the foundation to generate income. All at no cost.
Emerging Leaders Initiative
Built for young adults ages 16–22 who are capable of more than the world has asked of them yet. The Emerging Leaders Initiative focuses on the foundation — emotional literacy, decision-making, confidence, and self-awareness — before burnout, before bad decisions, before the window closes. This is not a lecture. It is a room where young adults are taken seriously.
Donation Redistribution
What the community gives, goes back to the community. To A Tea collects donated goods — clothing, supplies, household items — and redistributes them directly to individuals, families, and partner organizations in need. Nothing sits on a shelf. Everything moves.
