The Need Is Real in Augusta

Richmond County has a poverty rate of 21% — nearly double the national average. One in three children in our county lives in poverty. The median household income is $53,197, and 18.5% of residents face severe housing problems. These are not statistics about somewhere else. This is our community. This is who we serve.

To A Tea Inc. was founded here because access to free education, entrepreneurship support, and community resources should not depend on how much money someone has. Every program we offer is free. Every person who walks through our door is welcome.
