As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to create safe, empowering spaces that promote wellness, accountability, and growth. Our Work in Augusta, GA

Augusta is where To A Tea Inc. first took root, and it remains the heart of our efforts. Here, our mission has been to support and strengthen the great work already happening in the community by walking alongside schools, organizations, and existing programs. Rather than duplicating services, we focus on filling critical gaps and building partnerships that make a lasting impact.

Our core programs in Augusta include:

• Rise & Reach Mentorship Program – Equipping youth with guidance, leadership opportunities, and positive role models. This initiative currently serves more than 100 students through partnerships with local schools and organizations.

• Business Growth Hub – Supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with resources, education, and accountability so they can thrive long-term.

• Entrepreneur A-la-Carte Services – Providing tailored business tools such as website design, branding support, and operational resources to meet entrepreneurs exactly where they are.

• Community Workshops & Collaborations – Hosting and partnering on events, including initiatives like The Manhood/Womanhood Tours, to create spaces for learning, growth, and connection.

Through these efforts, To A Tea Inc. has become a supportive partner, a bridge to resources, and a catalyst for sustainable change in Augusta.

Our Vision for Jacksonville, NC

As we expand into Jacksonville, NC, we are excited to bring our vision of empowerment and community building to a new city. Our plans include establishing a Tea Lounge and Resource Center—a safe, creative, and nurturing environment where families can access vital support and resources. This future hub will promote wellness, creativity, and personal growth, while fostering a culture of accountability and community engagement.

While programs in Jacksonville are still in development, our focus is clear: to empower families, encourage entrepreneurship, and provide opportunities that strengthen the community. With the collaborative efforts of partners, investors, and residents, we are committed to making this vision a reality and building a supportive village in Jacksonville that uplifts families for generations to come.
